At Disc Jockey Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on most equipment and accessories. If your purchase doesn't hit the right note, our team is here to help you find the perfect replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your return, we will process your refund or store credit back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
